Careers

Help us end unplanned downtime

We are a small, technical team solving a genuinely hard problem — combining deep learning, multi-agent reasoning, and knowledge graph semantics into production industrial software.

All roles are fully remote. 5 open positions.

Why DiagAI

Fully remote

Work from anywhere. We are async-first and have no office.

Equity

Meaningful early-stage equity. We are building something that matters and want the team to share in the outcome.

Research time

20% of your time is yours for relevant research — publish papers, build side tools, explore new models.

Hardware budget

Laptop, GPU, and peripherals of your choice on day one.

Learning budget

$3,000/year for conferences, courses, and books. No approval required.

No on-call rota (yet)

We're still small and deploy carefully. You won't be paged at 3am for a Kubernetes incident.
